Why MSC

Build your career on projects that matter

At MSC, you'll work on projects that shape the places people live, work, learn and connect. From major airports and large public buildings to historically significant properties, warehouses, retail developments and educational facilities, our projects offer genuine variety, scale and technical challenge.

You'll be involved in real engineering work from day one, tackling complex fire safety challenges and developing solutions that have a direct impact on the safety, resilience and success of each project.

We're a focused practice where every project is led by a company director. That means you'll work alongside experienced engineers, have direct access to senior decision-makers and learn from people who are actively delivering some of the region's most challenging projects.

We believe the best engineers develop by being trusted with meaningful work. At MSC, you'll be given responsibility, encouraged to think independently and supported to develop your expertise and your career.
